"Broken by Waves"
        (This piece was about…the wave explosion
        against the bow. I wanted the viewer to feel
        that impact in their bones. I wanted the 
        viewer to walk away feeling shaken and wet.
                
        Yes it’s true…
        while painting this, I had "Pirates of the 
        Caribbean" on, for inspiration ...)
